These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Citymapia WorkSuite (the "Service"), operated by Citymapia LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service is provided for authorized employees and administrators of organizations that have been onboarded by Citymapia LLC. You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to workforce management, including HR, attendance, leave, projects, and related operations.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your organization or Citymapia LLC immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or misuse employee or company data
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or your organization's policies

4. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal and workforce data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your organization may have additional policies that apply to your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Citymapia LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Citymapia LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citymapia LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
